About   the   picture
Although it was mid may, it felt like a beautiful summers day on the St. Kilda waterfront. Calm waters, cool breeze, and a beautiful Sun. Except, the Sun was too high out of frame at midday. So back in the studio, I added it back in digitally with Photoshop to create the image I’d seen with my own eyes at the time.
This image also marks one of my very first landscape shots. At the time I knew very little about stills photography and even less about the camera settings. I just turned dials and pushed buttons til things looked right. The credit for this image looking as good as it does, lay in my Photoshop skills rather than any photographic talents.
